ABOUT ME
My Training

I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Culinary Arts graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta. My training has equipped me to help women use whole foods, simple cooking methods, and sustainable habits to improve their health and well-being.
As I continued my own wellness journey, I began studying health through a biblical lens. That's when everything truly came together. I discovered that God's design for our bodies and His provision through nature offer a powerful foundation for lasting health.
Today, I combine practical nutrition education, culinary skills, and biblical principles to help women care for their bodies, strengthen their health, and live with greater purpose.
"His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence." — 2 Peter 1:3
My Story
I was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica to hardworking, adventurous parents who chose a very different way of life. Instead of living in the city, they moved our family off the grid, where we relied on oil lamps for light, walked long distances to collect drinking water, and grew much of the food we ate.
By the age of six, living from the land was simply a way of life.
Some of my fondest childhood memories are in the garden. I still remember the wonder of planting tiny seeds and watching them grow into food that would eventually nourish our family. Seeing corn rise from the soil after months of care was miraculous, and it taught me an important lesson: healthy things grow when they are nurtured.
Our days were filled with fresh air, physical work, and foods harvested straight from the earth. We enjoyed vibrant health and rarely needed medical care—except for the occasional childhood adventure, like the time I raced down a muddy hillside in the rain. Let's just say that didn't end as well as I had hoped!
Unlike many health coaches, my journey into wellness wasn't born from a health crisis. Instead, it began with the gift of growing up in a home that valued natural living, wholesome food, and a deep connection to God's creation.

As I became a wife and mother, I realized how valuable those early lessons truly were. What once seemed like a simple way of life had given me a foundation for health that many people are searching for today.
Now, as a Holistic Health Coach and Whole Food Chef, I am passionate about helping women return to the simple principles that support lasting wellness. My goal is to help women care for their bodies, honor God with their health, and build a legacy of wellness that can be passed down to their children and future generations.
Because when a woman learns how to nourish herself well, the impact reaches far beyond her own life—it blesses her family, her community, and the generations that follow.
